TikTag ("we", "us", "our") provides a smart inventory and billing management application for small businesses. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the choices you have over your data.

By creating an account or using TikTag, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the application.

Account information

• Your full name, email address, and phone number (when you provide them).
• Login credentials, handled securely through our authentication provider and never stored in plain text.

Business data you enter

• Products, prices, stock levels, and barcode information.
• Sales and billing history, including invoices and receipts.
• Customer and supplier details (names, contact information, balances).
• Business settings such as shop name, address, GST number, and UPI ID.

Usage and technical data

• Device type, operating system version, and app version.
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs, used only to diagnose and fix issues.

Payment data

Subscriptions are billed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We never see, process, or store your full payment card details; payments are handled entirely by Google.

• To provide, operate, and synchronize the app across your devices.
• To process subscriptions and manage your entitlements.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send important service notifications (e.g., account or billing updates).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure hosted through Supabase. We apply industry-standard protections:

• Encryption in transit — all traffic uses TLS 1.2+.
• Encryption at rest — data is encrypted with industry-standard algorithms.
• Access control — row-level security means only authenticated users can read their own data.
• Secure authentication — email/password and Google sign-in, with email verification required.

While no system is 100% secure, we continuously review and harden our security practices to protect your information.

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data only to deliver their services to us:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Google Play — subscription billing and payments.
• Google — optional sign-in and email delivery.

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and data-processing terms. We select providers that meet or exceed industry-standard security requirements.

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account remains active and you continue to use TikTag.

When you delete your account, your personal data and business records are removed from our systems within a reasonable period (see the Delete Account policy). Copies retained for legal or accounting reasons are kept only as long as required by law.

• Access and export a copy of your data at any time.
• Correct inaccurate information in your account.
• Delete your account and associated data whenever you choose.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

TikTag is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of TikTag after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
